RESERVING YOUR APPOINTMENT - CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

At J Michaels Salon we require a credit card to reserve any appointment.

Please note our company's Cancellation and No Show Policies below prior to reserving your appointment. We thank you in advance for respecting our policies.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS & TEXTS

We know schedules are busy, therefore we will send you the following appointment confirmations.

  • A confirmation email will be sent 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment

  • A confirmation text will be sent 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment

  • Lastly, a confirmation text will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Our guests appointments are very important to us at J Michaels Salon and we do respectfully understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In the event an appointment is canceled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the credit card given during the scheduling process that is stored on file will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service/s due.

A credit card is required to be on file at the time all appointments are reserved. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide more than 24 hours notice, you will not be charged. Our cancellation policy is in place to provide a predictable livelihood for our service providers and other guests on our Waiting List. We thank you so much for your understanding!

NO SHOW & DAY OF CANCELLATION POLICY

At the time of reserving an appointment, we will collect a credit card to be stored securely on file. In the event that an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the credit card on file is automatically charged 50% of the services reserved. If you no show your appointment or cancel the day of, you will be charged the full value of your scheduled service.

We reserve the right to require non-refundable prepayment for services or decline scheduling guests that are habitually late or that do not show for their scheduled appointments.

PUNCTUALITY

We immensely appreciate your punctuality. Please arrive shortly before your reserved time with us. Your reserved time is dedicated to you! If you happen to be running late for your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you but please understand that your reserved time may need to be rescheduled or your services may need to be adjusted accordingly.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our minimum age requirement for any specialty services (eye lash extensions, hair extensions, color services, smoothing treatments and other texture services) is 18 years of age. If the guest is younger than 18, a parent or guardian may sign a Consent Form for the guest to receive the service/s.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We guarantee you will fall in love with our products at J Michaels Salon! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your purchase within two weeks of the purchase date.

*Exclusions: If a product has been purchased and the safety seal or packaging has been removed, the product may not be eligible for an exchange.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT

Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. However, if as a guest you are dissatisfied with your service you may contact us within 3 days of the original service(s) for any adjustments that may be made. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

Please note: Our company is does not do refunds on any service or products. The “adjustment” service must be performed by the original scheduled service provider.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

J Michaels Salon reserves the right to refuse anyone demonstrating inappropriate or disrespectful behavior to any member of our team or salon company.

OTHER NOTES

Please advise our service providers of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service with us.

If you have a reserved time to receive a special occasion or make-up application, we recommend you wear a button-down shirt for ease of changing.

At J Michaels Salon, we work as a cohesive team. If you would feel you would have a better experience with another service provider, please let us know.

If you were to leave behind a personal belonging after your visit, we will contact you immediately. Please remember that J Michaels Salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
